My first time at this dealership. Just to get my free oil change. Before I went to another Jeep dealership and they were so awful so I decided to try this one in Plymouth. Everything went completely smoothly and they even vacuumed out my car and ran it threw the car wash. All it took was like 45 min. I highly recommend their service department and will be definitely going back to this one.


I originally made an appt online for Tuesday April 26th. When I got there I was told that I wasn’t in the computer….. not happy.! On my way to the Cape for a week end wedding, my Grand Cherokee's alternater stopped working. I brought my 2022 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change, and was greeted right away. The same gentleman held the door to the waiting area for me, and the service manager checked me in so that I could run an errand. I was even offered a ride over to Walmart. The service was performed in a timely manner, and I was on my way!

I’ve been going to Best in Plymouth for years now- specifically for service. I went in with a suspected slow leak in my Jeep’s tire. Quick turnaround. However there was a miscommunication with the technician and service department- he did an oil change. It’s ok- mistakes happen and luckily the reason I was there was nothing too serious! They apologized when they immediately realized the error and quickly fixed the leak (less than 10min) and didn’t charge me for the oil change nor the tire leak. 10 out of 10 I recommend Best for purchasing a car. They are so professional and friendly and knowledgeable, and the process was very smooth. Buying a car isn’t always something people love to do - myself included - but it was so easy there I would do it again in a heartbeat. I have puchased 2 vehicles at Best over the last year . Both experiences were great. I went there after being told at another local dealer that there was no room for negotiation the price was what it was and I had to put a deposit down within 24 hours or the vehicle I was interested would be gone .

I was looking to upgrade my vehicle when my lease was up and visited Best Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I worked with Gary who was excellent. The whole staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured and could tell Gary had our best interest at heart. He was very easy to work with and it made the car shopping experience enjoyable. My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was having an issue where the driver side heat was only blowing cold air. Passenger side was good. Originally brought it to Quirk to fix since they are closer to my home. Got it back from Quirk, wasn't fixed. I brought it back to have them try again. Quirk actually told me they couldn't figure out what as wrong. Despite the crazy issues with the vehicle buying market, I went to Best Dodge and ordered a 2022 Ram in late August. My salesman, Alec Kayla, was fantastic throughout my buying process.
