Experienced an issue with a problematic sky roof on a Jeep Liberty. From the moment I checked in (no appointment) with Kaitlin to the absolutely clean, comfortable and spacious waiting room (with complimentary Wi-Fi) to the point I was seen by the Service Manager, Marty Sines, was no more than a few minutes. Marty had the problem checked out, temporarily addressed and estimated in about a half hour.
