Worked with DJ, Pat, and Nathan on a solid lease deal on a Jeep GC. Was able to nail everything down on the phone, saving time in the dealership. I worked with Nate a while ago now never got to write a review as I have been very busy, Nate was awesome to deal with, quick and efficient and explained everything, still follows up till this day every so often to make sure everything is good. Loved working with him, will definitely be back, already referred him to multiple friends and he has sold to one of my friends already aswell, very upfront about anything no beating around the bush which I love.
Dealership was attentive on delivery day - after pickup, completely non-responsive regarding several issues: (1) gas tank was empty, was promised reimbursement for fill up; receipt provided but never paid; (2) promised reimbursement for state inspection sticker - never paid; (3) was told oil change was performed due to vehicle sitting on the lot for 9 months; vehicle delivered with oil life at 17%, oil change needed after 500 miles. If anyone is actually reading this review, I am requesting $82.56 for the gas + inspection plus reimbursement for a premature oil change.

Great staff, quite helpful. I bought a 2021 Jeep here in September, 2024. A headlight went out in October and they replaced it for free even though it had 38,000 miles on it and that portion of the warranty expired at 36,000 miles.
